At Shiksha Portals, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
We offer a 365-days free trial (as applicable) for new users to explore and evaluate our platform with limited students and staff or teacher. During this period, no charges will be applied. If you choose not to continue with a paid plan, simply cancel your account before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
Annual Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your admin dashboard. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made in error.
Technical issues that prevent access to the service, confirmed by our support team.
Failure of Shiksha Portals to deliver promised features as per the subscription plan.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@shikshaportals.com with the relevant account details and reason for the request.
The following items are non-refundable:
One-time setup or onboarding fees.
Custom development or feature requests.
Services purchased from third-party vendors through Shiksha Portals.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted will constitute your agreement to the revised terms.
